Description

Stamped concrete system by DURAPRO are cast - in - place concrete flooring & paving that adds a distinctive architectural touch to any project, together with the durability to stand up to the toughest traffic loads and environmental conditions. Stamped concrete floor provides virtually limitless palette of colors, textures, and patterns - at a fraction of the cost of traditional materials. It gives you more than 100 patterns and custom tooling options with a wide variety of standard and custom coloring options. You can choose from many natural textures including slate, granite, limestone, sandstone, cobble stone and used brick. Procedure in detail: Place the concrete. Concrete should be no less than three inches thick. Add color. Color is added after concrete placement, the method is called "broadcast or surface coloring." Broadcast coloring involves evenly spreading dry shake color hardener across the surface of the concrete. Apply release agent. Release agent allow s the texturizing mats to come off without taking off concrete. Lay mats.Texturizing mats are laid in succession. Since there are usually not enough mats to cover the entire surface, when one is finished it is applied to another area of the concrete. Let dry 24 hours. Pressure wash the release agent off. Clear sealing. Benefits of stamped concrete over brick, tiles, marble, etc Tiles, paving blocks, and cobble stone, etc look great, but since they form a surface of many interlocking pieces, they are susceptible to frost - heave and other changes in the underlying surface. Reinforcing rods within the stamped concrete help to tie the pavement together and strengthen it. Also, bricks, pavers, cobbles, etc. allow for weed to grow up through the cracks. Since stamped concrete is a solid, continuous surface, nothing can grow up through the "cracks." As you may already know, the"cracks" in stamped concrete are simply impressions in the concrete that only partially go through thesurface. General benefits: Wide variety of design and patterns – over 100 patterns Endless color choice – over 60 standard colors. Artistic – any imaginative pattern or design can be a reality. Highly cost effective - It uses base concrete as final topping material, hence reducing all the costs. Most durable – Concrete is most durable construction material known in the world. Saves time - 10 times faster than laying stone or tile. Joint less – cast in place system ensures large joint free panels. Prevents Leakage - Its monolithic and joint free design makes it perfect for terrace flooring, preventing leakage. Stamped concrete is used in a wide variety of residential, commercial and municipal applications where the designer wants to upgrade plain concrete or asphalt, or alternatively, wants to reduce the cost of installing natural paving materials such as slate or granite. To begin designing your outdoor space or interior floor project choose an imprint pattern to fit your needs. Given here are few of our best selling.

Durapro Crack repair system. (Durapro-CRS) Proprietary system developed by Durapro Build solutions Pvt. Ltd, 1. Product Description: Durapro-CRS is a very rapid set two-component hybrid urethane. Its ultra-low viscosity allows for deep penetration into concrete and a thorough wetting of selected aggregate to form a high-strength permanent concrete repair. 2. Uses: Durapro-CRS, combined with selected aggregate / silica sand is used for patching spalls & reconstruction of damaged joints and large cracks in concrete. Use neat for hairline cracks and small spalls or nail holes. May also be used as an anchoring mortar. 3. Limitations: Durapro-CRS may change color if subjected to UV rays from certain types of lighting or sunlight. Not intended for repair where concrete is subject to structural or ground movement. 4. Installation: Preparation: ALL SURFACES MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY. Cracks & spalls should be free of dirt, oils, dust, latents and loose materials. A dry diamond blade or twisted wire wheel attached to an electric hand grinder is recommended for preparing cracks and creating a clean surface for bonding. Clean spalls back to sound concrete with a chisel or light chipper. SQUARE CUTTING OF THE REPAIR AREA IS NOT NECESSARY. The temperatures of the material and the concrete surfaces will affect cure time. Keep material at room temperature (60° to 80° F) prior to application. Warmer temperatures will decrease and colder temperatures will increase cure times. Application: Assemble cartridge according to directions. Remember to attach flow restrictor. Holding the application gun upward, place cartridge set into gun. Slowly squeeze trigger to bleed-off air and start material flow into static mixer. Direct mixer into waste container and squeeze trigger to start mixing process. DO NOT POINT MIXER UPWARD AFTER MATERIAL IS FLOWING. This may cause material to flow back into the tubes and cause clogging. Pre-wet repair area with Durapro-CRS without sand. Fill with 30-40 grit manufactured sand and additional material to grade. Be sure to saturate all of the sand completely. Additional sand may be added to the repair as necessary. Saturated sand may be moved into place with a margin trowel or scraper. Work with one small section at a time. Do not stop flow of material for more than 90 seconds. If material sets inside mixer, remove cartridge from gun and replace mixer. Fill all repair areas to grade. When material cures (turns gray), repair may be "cleaned up" by sanding or buffing with a diamond pad attached to an electric hand grinder. 5.
